Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single and multi-family residences and income property within the cities of Springfield, Chatham, Auburn, Divernon, Pawnee, New Berlin, Williamsville-Sherman, Rochester , Riverton, and Petersburg. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we're also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal
I'm a Springfield area native having been born and raised in the local area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities (a lot of sports),and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. I attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with family, traveling, playing golf, and volunteering with various organizations. My life outside of real estate revolves around my wife Vanessa, and our dog Magnum.
Marggie has also been in the Springfield area all of her life. She has earned awards and honors that are too numerous to mention, but does include the 1996 award as one of 15 of "America's Most Inspirational Women". She spends much of her time away from real estate volunteering for many organizations, and watching after her family.
We both are very involved in our local REALTOR Association.
